We are committed to nurturing curious, creative and self-directed learners who strive for excellence and make a difference in their communities.</p> <p><strong>ABOUT THE ROLE</strong></p> <p>We are seeking an experienced and solutions-focused Facilities and Maintenance Manager to lead the effective delivery of building and grounds maintenance across the College. This is a senior operational role that ensures our facilities remain safe, functional and aligned with the needs of a contemporary learning environment.</p> <p>In this role, you will:</p> <ul> <li>Lead and develop the Facilities and Grounds team.</li> <li>Manage reactive, preventative and programmed maintenance programs.</li> <li>Plan and supervise capital works, upgrades, and improvement projects.</li> <li>Coordinate and oversee contractors, trades and service providers.</li> <li>Ensure compliance with OHS legislation, Essential Safety Measures and College policies.</li> <li>Conduct audits, safety inspections and emergency procedure reviews.</li> <li>Maintain accurate records, documentation, permits and reporting.</li> <li>Manage budgets, procurement and vendor agreements.</li> <li>Provide strategic advice on asset management, sustainability, and long-term facility planning.</li> </ul> <p><strong>ABOUT YOU</strong></p> <p>You’re a methodical problem-solver with a strong grasp of compliance, safety,<br> and asset management.
