This pivotal role ensures a smooth and professional admissions experience for families and contributes to the ongoing growth and success of the College.</p> <p><strong>As our Registrar, your responsibilities will include:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Developing and implementing an enrolment strategy aligned with the College’s objectives and priorities</li> <li>Evaluate enrolment data, market trends and stakeholder insights to guide planning and decision-making</li> <li>Managing the end-to-end admissions process, ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience for prospective families</li> <li>Collaborating with the Marketing Manager to ensure clear and engaging communication with prospective families</li> <li>Supervise and support the Assistant Registrar in day-to-day operations</li> <li>Coordinate enrolment interviews and events such as Open Day, tours, and parent information evenings</li> <li>Work closely with the International Office regarding overseas student admissions</li> </ul> <p><strong>To be considered for this opportunity you will have:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Experience in a similar role in a school environment</li> <li>Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-focused approach</li> <li>Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.</li> <li>High ethical standards and integrity in handling sensitive information.</li> <li>Organisational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.</li> <li>Advanced computer literacy</li> <li>Commitment to the Catholic and St Augustine's educational values and child safety.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Child Safeguarding Statement:</strong></p> <p>St Augustine’s College is committed to ensuring the safety and well-being of all students.
