<p>The successful applicant will support teachers to plan, implement and review learning programs and resources to ensure they are accessible, differentiated and responsive to student needs. A key part of this role is the case management of students, coordinating their learning supports, communicating with families and external professionals, facilitating Parent Support Group meetings, monitoring student progress, and ensuring Personalised Learning Plans (PLP) are developed, implemented, reviewed and adjusted as required.</p> <p>The Learning Diversity Leader will be a member of the Leadership Team, Teaching and Learning Team and the NCCD Team. The successful applicant will work together to manage all aspects of the Learning Diversity program as outlined in the position description attached.
