Commencing in January 2026 or by negotiation, St Peters Lutheran College is seeking to appoint the Head of Academic Staff - Years 7-12. This is a unique opportunity for an qualified educator and exceptional people leader to contribute meaningfully to the success and continued growth of the College.  As a member of the Senior Leadership team, you will champion a high performing culture and model leadership behaviours reflective of the College's values of integrity, collaboration and excellence, whilst delivering strategic and operational leadership of Academic Staff across Years 7-12.  You will collaborate closely with People and Culture Department to ensure alignment of College polices, values and practices.  Your impact will come from your visible and value-lead leadership as you coach, develop and build staff capability.
