<p>Concordia College is seeking a driven and experienced Operations Manager to join Concordia College in 2026. </p>
<p>Join our leading independent school as Operations Manager, where you’ll play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of our day-to-day operations.</p>
<p>This pivotal role supports the Head of College and Executive Leadership in managing facilities, administration, and support services ensuring that our College provides the highest standards of safety, service, and support, to create an environment where students and staff can thrive. </p>

<p>The role of the Operations Manager is to lead the management of critical administrative services and systems to the three College campuses, ELC-12, that ensure safe, effective and coordinated operations and functions. The services and systems include, but are not limited to, compliance, risk, policies, WHS, insurance, and property systems. </p>
<p>A key part of the role is also to manage the maintenance and development aspects of buildings, equipment and facilities at the College. </p>
<p>The Operations Manager will be responsible for ensuring the management of College security, including out-of-hours concerns as they arise</p>
