Secondary Classroom Education Support (ESO) provides diverse learning support for students, especially those with learning/social/emotional challenges.
<p><strong>The Opportunity</strong></p>
<p>Are you interested in working with and supporting senior students during their final years of secondary school? We are seeking an applicant who has a passion for assisting student learning and supporting them in their future pathways, both in the classroom, within small groups, and in a one-on-one capacity, starting Term 1, 2026.</p>
<p>This position is five (5) days per week, working 6.25 hours per day, during term time with limited school holiday work. </p>
<p><strong>About You</strong></p>
<p>You have a passion for education and student learning. This position would suit anyone currently studying a teaching degree or who has a general passion for ongoing learning.</p>
<p>You will be part of a dynamic and flexible learning environment that supports students with diverse needs and backgrounds. Encouraging students in their personal responsibilities, you will also contribute to the pastoral care of students' lives.</p>
<p>You possess highly effective communication and interpersonal skills in developing positive and collaborative relationships with students, parents, colleagues and the broader community.</p>
