<p><strong>About the role</strong></p>
<p>This pivotal leadership role oversees the strategic direction and academic performance of Years 10–12, ensuring innovative, data-informed, and inclusive curriculum delivery that supports each student to achieve his personal best. Reporting to the Director of Curriculum, the Dean will lead and mentor Faculty Leaders and teaching staff, fostering excellence in pedagogy, curriculum design, and student outcomes. The successful candidate will be an inspiring and collaborative educational leader, committed to the College’s mission, skilled in building strong professional teams, and passionate about engaging boys in meaningful, future-focused learning.</p>

<p>To be considered for this role you will need:</p>

<li>Be registered with the Queensland College of Teachers.</li>
<li>Professional qualifications in Education.</li>
