<ul> <li>Full time, 4 years + 4 years, starting January 2026&nbsp;</li> <li>Relocation support / incentives may be available for the successful applicant</li> <li>Middle Leader Tier 4 - $148,360 per annum + Superannuation</li> </ul> <p><strong>About the role</strong></p> <p>This pivotal leadership role oversees the strategic direction and academic performance of Years 10–12, ensuring innovative, data-informed, and inclusive curriculum delivery that supports each student to achieve his personal best. Reporting to the Director of Curriculum, the Dean will lead and mentor Faculty Leaders and teaching staff, fostering excellence in pedagogy, curriculum design, and student outcomes.
