You'll bring:</p> <ul> <li>the ability to deliver high quality, personalised training specific to the qualification</li> <li>the ability to support and supervise a group of vocationally focused students</li> <li>the ability to liaise with industry representatives whilst supporting the workplace learning program</li> <li>effective teaching/coaching skills</li> <li>a commitment to quality education and training and to sharing your industry knowledge with your students</li> <li>the ability to work as part of a team of trainer educators</li> <li>a commitment to the Catholic ethos of the College, the Catholic Church and the wellbeing of all community members</li> <li>experience in training and mentoring young people in an employment or educational environment (highly desirable)</li> <li>relevant industry qualifications in Certificate III in Automotive - light vehicle</li> <li>Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or be prepared to obtain).</li> </ul> <p><strong>Application Process</strong><br><br> Please click on the 'Apply' button and follow the steps to submit your application.
