The MLC School girl is at the heart of everything we do.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>About the Role</strong></p> <p>As a member of the PDHPE Department, you will:</p> <ul> <li>Teach Years 7–10 PDHPE.</li> <li>Design and deliver inclusive, engaging programs aligned with the School’s Learning and Teaching Framework.</li> <li>Foster student wellbeing and academic growth through differentiated learning and collaborative practice.</li> <li>Actively contribute to the school's Learning Management System (LMS).</li> <li>Maintain evidence to ensure compliance with NESA.</li> <li>Demonstrate a willingness to regularly update teaching and learning resources in alignment with current best practices and syllabus requirements.</li> <li>Write programs in preparation for the new 2027 syllabus.&nbsp;</li> <li>Contribute to the co-curricular life of the School and support the holistic development of every girl.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Essential Requirements:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Ability to teach Years 7–10 PDHPE &amp; PASS.</li> <li>Strong understanding of PDHPE pedagogy and curriculum.</li> <li>Experience teaching Physical Activity and Sports Studies (PASS).</li> </ul> <p><strong><u>For those with leadership experience, the role would be:</u></strong><br> &nbsp;</p> <ul> <li>Responsible for overseeing the implementation of the new K-10 PDHPE syllabus (due for teaching in 2027)</li> <li>&nbsp;Responsible for overseeing NESA registration for the Department (March 2026)</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Why Join MLC School?</strong></p> <p>MLC School offers a supportive and enriching work environment with a strong focus on staff wellbeing and professional development.
