<p><strong>About You</strong><br><br>
As an experienced <strong>Diverse Learning Teacher</strong>, you work to ensure every student reaches their full potential through high-quality, collaborative and engaging pedagogy.<br><br>
Success in this position will be supported by the following skills, qualities and abilities:</p>
<ul>
<li>knowledge of the Nationally Consistent Collection of Data (NCCD) cyclic processes, including planning, implementation, validation and review of student's Personalised Plans</li>
<li>communicate and collaborate with parents, students and class teachers for effective differentiation in the classroom for students with additional needs</li>
<li>support class teachers in the implementation of personalised adjustments which target individual student needs</li>
<li>utilise formative and summative assessments to drive student progress</li>
<li>facilitate /provide curriculum resource support materials and information</li>
<li>employ a data-informed approach to setting challenging learning objectives and providing constructive feedback</li>
<li>demonstrate excellent classroom management skills focused on student well-being</li>
<li>integrate technology to enhance contemporary learning experiences</li>
<li>disseminate information about students' abilities, learning needs on a regular and ongoing basis to subject teachers</li>
<li>support the inclusive Catholic religious and cultural environment for students</li>
<li>a tertiary qualification in Education & NESA accreditation</li>
<li>Religious Education qualifications or the willingness to achieve them as per <a target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer" href="https://sydcatholicschools.nsw.edu.au/policies/accreditation-policy-to-work-teach-and-lead-in-sydney-catholic-schools"><strong>Accreditation Policy to Work, Teach, and Lead</strong></a>.</li>
