With four dedicated Boarding Houses and a strong focus on pastoral care, academic support, co-curricular, and Boarding programs, St Peters seeks to offer an outstanding student experience where Boarders thrive in a safe, inclusive environment designed to help them grow, connect, and flourish.&nbsp;&nbsp;<br><br><strong>About the Role</strong> &nbsp;&nbsp;</p> <p>Commencing in January 2026 or by negotiation, St Peters Lutheran College is seeking to appoint a Director of Boarding to lead its Boarding Program.&nbsp;&nbsp;<br><br> This is a unique opportunity for an experienced educational leader to shape and guide a thriving Boarding community. As Director of Boarding, you will lead the strategic and operational direction of the College’s Boarding Program, ensuring a safe, nurturing, and well-managed environment where students can flourish. You’ll mentor staff, support students and families, and foster a culture of care, connection, and excellence — all grounded in the College’s Christian values.
