<p><strong>Salary Range:</strong> $160,584 to $173,605 plus superannuation (based on skills and experience)<br><strong>Employment Status:</strong> Full-time<br><strong>Eligibility:</strong>&nbsp;Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident<br><strong>Start Date:</strong>&nbsp;Negotiable</p> <p><strong>About Us&nbsp;&nbsp;</strong></p> <p>Catholic Archdiocese of Canberra and Goulburn Education Limited (CECG)&nbsp;plays an integral role in education in the ACT and NSW, operating 56 Schools and nine Early Learning&nbsp;Centres&nbsp;(ELCs).&nbsp;The Catholic Education Office (CEO) provides corporate services Schools and ELCs.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</p> <p>The CEO provides corporate services to the CECG system of Schools and ELCs. These Service Areas include; Education and Performance Improvement, Catholic Identity, School and Family Services, Strategy and Special Projects, Finance and Infrastructure, Information and Communication Technology and People and Culture.&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>About the Role&nbsp;</strong>&nbsp;</p> <p>This role will have&nbsp;a pivotal role in improving financial systems and processes across the organisation. Working closely with ICT and Fee Management teams, you’ll drive continuous improvement, ensure data accuracy, and support efficient invoicing and fee management.</p> <p>A successful candidate will lead the design and rollout of system enhancements including annual upgrades to TechOne while championing digital tools that streamline procurement, budgeting, and financial control. Using strategic planning and business analysis you will identify optimisation opportunities and deliver impactful improvement projects.</p> <p>Other responsibilities include:</p> <ul> <li>Provide proactive support to schools and service areas through system configuration, issue resolution, policy guidance, and training to promote compliance and best practice.</li> <li>Drive user engagement and adoption of new finance processes through effective change management, communication, and stakeholder collaboration.</li> <li>Design and automate financial reports that are aligned with strategic goals and provide functional&nbsp;insights for executive level teams.</li> </ul> <p><strong>About the Team</strong></p> <p>The Finance and Infrastructure Service Area plays a vital role in supporting the financial health of schools, early learning centres and the CEO across the region. Working closely with Principals, Service Area leaders, and executives, the team delivers budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and reporting that informs strategic decision-making.
