We are currently seeking a Director of Learning and Teaching for an ongoing full-time teaching position, with a two year Position of Leadership appointment (POL 4), commencing January 2026. This position requires a visionary educator who can effectively monitor and analyse learning outcomes across individual students, specific cohorts and the College as a whole.</p> <p>The successful applicant will demonstrate a deep commitment to advancing girls’ education and to developing and implementing educational practices that empower and inspire students to achieve their full potential.</p> <p>Appointees are expected to show understanding of and commitment to the Catholic ethos of the College. Mercy College is committed to creating and maintaining a child safe environment in which students feel safe and are safe.
