We have a dedicated team of educators who are passionate about running excellent, inclusive and nurturing programs that allow our children to thrive and achieve their God-given potential.</p> <p>We are seeking multiple outstanding Early Childhood Educators to join our team in 2026. Permanent, 12-month contract and casual/relief roles are available so please indicate in your cover letter whether you are seeking a permanent, contracted, or casual role. There is opportunity for casual work to be offered in both our Strathalbyn and Murray Bridge ELCs so please also indicate your availability for cross-campus work.</p> <ul> <li>Hourly rate paid well above childcare award rates, with dedicated admin time for all team members.</li> <li>Flexibility to have time off during School Holidays or work to ‘top up’ annual income.</li> <li>Annual leave paid during centre closure of 3 weeks in Dec/Jan.</li> <li>Regular staff professional development days, including paid First Aid updates.</li> </ul> <p>Opportunity to work as part of a collaborative team of fellow Christians, who share a passion for God, our children and the role we play in their lives.
