<p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>MacKillop Catholic College, a Catholic Secondary College on Hobart’s Eastern Shore with a strong commitment to academic excellence and pastoral care, is seeking a dedicated and passionate <strong>Executive Assistant to the Deputy Principal - Wellbeing</strong> to join our vibrant and inclusive community.</p> <p>Our college community is built on strong values, and we strive to create an inclusive environment where all students are encouraged to reach their full potential.</p> <p><strong>Executive Assistant to the Deputy Principal - Wellbeing</strong></p> <p><strong>Part-Time, Ongoing</strong></p> <p><strong>0.8 FTE – Days Negotiable</strong></p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>About the Role:</strong></p> <p>The Executive Assistant to the Deputy Principal – Wellbeing is accountable for efficiently and effectively undertaking a range of administrative tasks to support the effective running of student wellbeing within the College.&nbsp; Such tasks include:</p> <ul> <li>Developing and maintainng appropriate office, administrative and data management systems and controls to maximise effectiveness and efficiency.</li> <li>Managing inbound telephone calls to the Deputy Principal – Wellbeing providing outstanding customer service and managing complex customer service queries.</li> <li>Coordinating general staffing matters in consultation with the Deputy Principal – Wellbeing.</li> <li>Providing administrative and logistical support, including for various Pastoral Care related events and activities such as Harmony Day and Student Executive elections.</li> <li>Compiling data from financial, legal and / or administrative sources to meet compliance requirements; and</li> <li>Assisting with student health and wellbeing support as required in accordance with school policies and procedures.</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>About You:</strong></p> <p>As an experienced administration superstar, you will be highly proficient in providing administrative and executive support including:</p> <ul> <li>A strong background in administrative and clerical support, with experience working with senior staff and managing varied responsibilities.</li> <li>A proven ability to thrive in busy, fast-paced environments while maintaining high standards of accuracy and attention to detail.</li> <li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively across diverse groups; and</li> <li>Proficiency with office technology, including Google Suite, Microsoft Office, and database management systems.</li> </ul> <p>Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience and in accordance with the Tasmanian Catholic Education Single Enterprise Agreement 2024.</p> <p>Catholic Education Tasmania (CET) supports the rights of children and young people and is committed to providing a safe and supportive environment directed at ensuring their safety and wellbeing.
