Serving children from nearby suburbs, the ELC focuses on developing each child’s identity, wellbeing, and learning through observation-led planning in thoughtfully designed indoor and outdoor spaces. Strong connections with families and Holy Family Primary School support smooth transitions and foster a welcoming community for early learners.&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>About the Role</strong>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</p> <p>The Early Childhood Educator supports children in developing confidence, curiosity, and a strong sense of identity within a safe and caring environment. Working alongside the Early Childhood Teacher and Director, this role helps plan and implement meaningful learning experiences that reflect the Early Years Learning Framework. The Early Childhood Educator builds warm relationships with children and families, contributes to daily routines, and plays an active role in creating a positive and inclusive early learning community.</p> <p><i>This appointment is temporary to replace an employee who is on parental leave.
