We are inviting applications for a Permanent Part-Time Finance Officer to provide high-level financial and administrative support to the Principal and leadership team.<br>
This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a collaborative environment and is committed to the values of Catholic education.<br><br>
The Finance Officer is responsible for managing key financial operations including billing, accounts receivable and payable, purchasing, asset and inventory control, and reporting.<br>
The role also includes general administrative duties and engagement with staff, parents, and volunteers.<br><br>
Key Responsibilities:</p>

<li>Administer purchase orders, invoicing, quotations, deliveries, and fee payments</li>
<li>Prepare internal finance reports for the leadership team</li>
<li>Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with relevant policies</li>
<li>Support general administrative tasks as directed by the Principal or delegate</li>
<li>Provide friendly, professional service to all members of the school community</li>
</ul>

The School Finance Officer is accountable for providing administrative and operational support to the Principal. The School Finance Officer is to administer elements of the school’s finances with a particular emphasis on, but not limited to, purchase orders, invoicing, quotations, deliveries, activities payments, and fee payments. <br><br>
The School Finance Officer must demonstrate attention to detail, excellent time management with the ability to work under pressure and multitask as well as the capacity to maintain a high degree of confidentiality.<br><br>
The School Finance Officer will be required to engage in other general financial tasks as designated by the Principal or delegate and other general administrative duties as required and directed by the Principal or delegate.</p>
