This position plays a vital role in supporting the delivery of VCE, VET and Vocational Major programs, ensuring seamless coordination of assessments, compliance processes and administrative operations.</p> <p>In this role, you will:</p> <ul> <li>Manage and report data across internal and external systems, including VASS.</li> <li>Act as the College’s VASS expert and liaison with the VCAA.</li> <li>Coordinate the recruitment, onboarding and scheduling of exam supervisors.</li> <li>Manage logistics for SACs and other assessments.</li> <li>Ensure compliance with all VCAA and College assessment requirements.</li> <li>Support students engaged in VSV and VSL programs.</li> <li>Assist with special provision applications and related documentation.</li> <li>Provide high-quality administrative, project and event support to the Senior School team.</li> <li>Maintain efficient systems, communication, and data management processes.</li> </ul> <p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p> <p><strong>ABOUT YOU</strong></p> <p>You are a detail-oriented professional with exceptional organisational and communication skills.
