<p>Prince of Peace Lutheran College is a K-12 co-educational, independent, Christian school located at Everton Hills in the north-western suburbs of Brisbane. The College was established by the Prince of Peace Lutheran Congregation in 1984 to provide quality Christian education to the children of the community.</p>
<p>Prince of Peace Lutheran College offers classes on two sites from Kindergarten to Year 12 with approximately 660 students enrolled. The Junior Campus (K-6) is located at Rogers Parade West. The Middle and Senior Campus, is 1 km away, at Henderson Road, and was opened in July 2009 and is home to Years 7-12.</p>

<p><strong>THE ROLE</strong></p>
<p>The College Executive are responsible for leading the College community to develop a culture of welcome and inclusivity, a culture where learning is innovative in a contemporary and authentic context and where students are valued. The Deputy Head Pedagogical Innovation (K–12) is a highly visible leader with a strong personal drive, energy and ambition to inspire and motivate others and who can provide instructional leadership in the core business of teaching, learning and academic achievement.</p>

<p>The Deputy – Pedagogical Innovation (K–12) leads the College’s strategic direction in teaching, learning, and innovation. This position ensures a future-focused, Christ-centred, and evidence-informed approach to pedagogy working with teacher to support them to empower every student to thrive.</p>

<p>Reporting to the Head of College and working closely with the Heads of Campus (Junior and Senior) and the Deputy Heads Junior and Middle/Senior. The Deputy Pedagogical Innovation (K–12) oversees pedagogical innovation across Years K–12. The role champions the College’s learning vision through the integration of contemporary educational practices, digital transformation, and professional growth, ensuring the College remains Christ-Centred, Cutting Edge, Connected in Community, Courageous to Grow, and Change Equipped.</p>
