<p>Prince of Peace Lutheran College is a K-12 co-educational, independent, Christian school located at Everton Hills in the north-western suburbs of Brisbane. The College was established by the Prince of Peace Lutheran Congregation in 1984 to provide quality Christian education to the children of the community.</p> <p>Prince of Peace Lutheran College offers classes on two sites from Kindergarten to Year 12 with approximately 660 students enrolled. The Junior Campus (K-6) is located at Rogers Parade West. The Deputy Head Pedagogical Innovation (K–12) is a highly visible leader with a strong personal drive, energy and ambition to inspire and motivate others and who can provide instructional leadership in the core business of teaching, learning and academic achievement.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>The Deputy – Pedagogical Innovation (K–12) leads the College’s strategic direction in teaching, learning, and innovation. This position ensures a future-focused, Christ-centred, and evidence-informed approach to pedagogy working with teacher to support them to empower every student to thrive.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>Reporting to the Head of College and working closely with the Heads of Campus (Junior and Senior) and the Deputy Heads Junior and Middle/Senior. The Deputy Pedagogical Innovation (K–12) oversees pedagogical innovation across Years K–12.
