You’ll be joining a community that values collaboration, creativity, and a strong culture of professional growth.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>About the Role</strong></p> <p>As Head of Professional Learning, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating a comprehensive professional learning strategy aligned with our school's mission, vision, and strategic priorities.&nbsp;</p> <p>This is a Leadership Level 3 position with up to 0.6 FTE of a teaching load.</p> <p>As the Head of Professional Learning, you will:</p> <ul> <li>Lead the design, implementation, and evaluation of a comprehensive professional learning strategy aligned to the school’s mission and strategic goals.</li> <li>Inspire evidence-informed practice, reflective dialogue, and continuous growth among teaching and administrative staff.</li> <li>Guide and support staff accreditation, ensuring alignment with NESA and professional standards.</li> <li>Collaborate with the Leadership Team to analyse data, identify priorities, and promote innovative, research-based pedagogy.</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>About You</strong></p> <p>You are an experienced educator with a passion for professional growth and a proven track record in leading school-wide learning initiatives. You possess strong coaching and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and build the capability of others.
