<p><strong>About the Role</strong></p>
<p>As a member of the College Leadership Team, the Director of Teaching and Learning provides strategic leadership and vision for teaching, learning, curriculum design, and professional practice across Years 7–12.</p>
<p>This is a Leadership Level 4 position with up to 0.4 FTE of a teaching load.</p>
<p>Key areas of focus include:</p>
<ul>
<li>Leading the development and implementation of a contemporary, evidence-informed learning and wellbeing framework.</li>
<li>Overseeing curriculum planning, assessment, and compliance with NESA standards.</li>
<li>Using data to drive continuous improvement in student outcomes.</li>
<li>Promoting innovative pedagogy that caters for diverse learning needs through differentiated curriculum and instruction.</li>

<p>The successful candidate will be a committed educational leader who demonstrates:</p>
<ul>
<li>An understanding of Catholic educational ethos and mission.</li>
<li>Proven success in academic leadership and curriculum development.</li>
<li>Expertise in contemporary pedagogy and evidence-based teaching practice.</li>
<li>Strong interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills.</li>
<li>A collaborative, visionary approach to strategic school improvement.</li>
</ul>

<p><strong>Qualifications and Requirements</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Postgraduate qualification in Education or Leadership.</li>
<li>Demonstrated experience in educational leadership within an independent school setting.</li>
<li>Current NESA accreditation and eligibility to teach in NSW.</li>
