<p><strong>About You</strong></p>
<p>You are an innovative leader who will champion our educational approach, shape future pathways, and drive whole-school strategic growth. You work to ensure every student reaches their full potential through high quality, collaborative and engaging curriculum. The Curriculum and Innovation Coordinator position is a 3-point promotional role, temporary for up to 3 years, however your teaching position will be full-time and permanent. You'll bring:</p>
<ul>
<li>a passion to work collaboratively with the College Leadership Team to drive the College strategic plan and develop a robust culture of continuous improvement across all aspects of the College</li>
<li>the ability to ensure the College has effective systems for review and compliance processes, maintaining the highest standards of accountability and educational quality</li>
<li>expertise in effective administrative practices and processes for student reporting, assessment, and assessment blocks (including NAPLAN and HSC trial examinations)</li>
<li>ability to successfully establish and maintain impactful external partnerships (industry, university, or community) that enrich the senior school experience</li>
<li>expertise in leading data analysis to evaluate curriculum effectiveness, identify trends, and inform strategic curriculum improvements</li>
<li>capacity to implement processes to monitor, track and support student academic achievement and growth</li>
<li>substantial experience in one or more leadership roles within schools</li>
<li>a tertiary qualification in Education and NESA accreditation. Further study of Curriculum/Leadership at Masters level is highly regarded</li>
<li>Religious Education qualifications or the willingness to achieve them as per <a target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer" href="https://sydcatholicschools.nsw.edu.au/policies/accreditation-policy-to-work-teach-and-lead-in-sydney-catholic-schools">Accreditation Policy to Work, Teach, and Lead.</a></li>
