<p><strong>About You</strong><br><br>
As a <strong>Diverse Learning/Learning Support Coordinator (2 Point)</strong>, you will inspire students through engaging, student-centered teaching within a Catholic learning environment. The Diverse Learning/Learning Support Coordinator (2 Point) position is a 2-point promotional role, temporary for up to 3 years, however your teaching position will be full-time and permanent. <br><br>
To excel in this role, you will be able to:</p>
<ul>
<li>create and implement engaging, rigorous planned learning experiences catering to the diverse needs of students</li>
<li>demonstrate the ability and experience in developing individual learning plans that includes learning adjustments, post school support, enrolment in discreet or life skill courses, special provisions and work placement</li>
<li>be highly collaborative and able to build the collective and individual capacity of the Learning Support team</li>
<li>demonstrate experience with programming and assessment design, reporting and feedback</li>
<li>effectively use data and evidence based approaches to foster school improvement</li>
<li>show exemplary classroom practice, utilising a range of effective contemporary pedagogies</li>
<li>have proven ability to differentiate instruction, cater for the diverse needs of learners and personalise learning for students from Year 7 to Year 12</li>
<li>utilise formative and summative assessments to drive student progress</li>
<li>employ a data-informed approach to setting challenging learning objectives and providing constructive feedback</li>
<li>support the inclusive Catholic religious and cultural environment for students</li>
<li>demonstrate excellent classroom management skills focused on student well-being</li>
<li>integrate technology to enhance contemporary learning experiences.</li>
</ul>
<p>You will have attained:</p>
<ul>
<li>a tertiary qualification in Education</li>
<li>secondary education experience and qualifications in Diverse Learning Support</li>
<li>NESA accreditation.</li>
</ul>
