These Service Areas include; Education and Performance Improvement, Catholic Identity, School and Family Services, Strategy and Special Projects, Finance and Infrastructure, Information and Communication Technology and People and Culture.&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>About the Role</strong>&nbsp;&nbsp;</p> <p>This role supports Catholic Education’s mission by fostering safe, values-driven learning environments across Secondary schools. The successful candidate will implement strategic directions aligned with Catalyst, focusing on curriculum, pedagogy, and assessment.&nbsp;</p> <p>The role involves coordinating curriculum networks, leading targeted professional learning, and promoting evidence-based practices to enhance student outcomes. Working closely with school leaders and teachers, the position encourages collaborative improvement, consistent assessment practices, and high-impact teaching.
