The ICT Service Desk Agent plays a critical role in supporting the organisation’s ICT operations by serving as the first point of contact for all ICT-related enquiries. This position is responsible for delivering responsive, high-quality assistance to users through incoming calls, service tickets, and other communication channels.

These Service Areas include; Education and Performance Improvement, Catholic Identity, School and Family Services, Strategy and Special Projects, Finance and Infrastructure, Information and Communication Technology and People and Culture.&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>About the Role</strong>&nbsp;&nbsp;</p> <p>The ICT Service Desk Agent plays a critical role in supporting the organisation’s ICT operations by serving as the first point of contact for all ICT-related enquiries. This position is responsible for delivering responsive, high-quality assistance to users through incoming calls, service tickets, and other communication channels.&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities include:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Accurately diagnose and resolve first level technical issues</li> <li>Provide high quality customer service over the phone, via email and through ticketing systems to provide support to CECG users</li> <li>Escalate complex matters to specalised teams and officers</li> <li>Assist in the creation and renewal of SOPs, Technical templates knowledge based tools</li> <li>Use ITSM tools and ITIL concepts to manage Incident, Problem, Change and Release records to track workloads</li> <li>Provide onsite assistance to stakeholders</li> </ul> <p><strong>About the Team</strong></p> <p>The ICT Team at Catholic Education Archdiocese of Canberra and Goulburn (CECG) provides support in enabling high-quality and operational excellence across our schools 56 schools, 9 early learning centres and head office.
