<p><strong>Position:</strong> &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;Environmental Education Coordinator</p> <p><strong>Start Date:</strong> &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;November/December 2025</p> <p><strong>Employment Type:</strong> &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Permanent part-time: 0.66FTE</p> <p>Located 40 minutes south of Adelaide in beautiful McLaren&nbsp;Vale, Tatachilla Lutheran College is a leading R-12&nbsp;coeducational Christian College.&nbsp;Minutes from the captivating beaches and alluring hinterland of the Fleurieu Peninsula, Tatachilla is set on 26 hectares of world-class rural beauty.&nbsp;</p> <p>The college currently supports a thriving population of more than 1,000 students who receive a rigorous, values-rich education underpinned by intellectual and spiritual growth.&nbsp;</p> <p>Our staff enjoy an enriched and relaxed lifestyle living amongst the area's natural beauty with its pristine beaches, stunning landscapes, and award-winning wineries.&nbsp;</p> <p>An exciting opportunity exists for an Environmental Education Coordinator to join the team.&nbsp;</p> <p>The Environmental Education Coordinator leads the development and delivery ecological education and community engagement in accordance with the College’s strategic goals. This position oversees the implementation of the EcoClassroom environmental education program, sustainability initiatives, and the care of flora and fauna within the EcoSanctuary in line with management plans and legislative requirements. The position will also manage the Environmental Team, support the creation of a sustainable business plan, and foster strong relationships with staff, community organisations, and government bodies.</p> <p>This role also includes the management of three native species (one endangered), in a semi wild environment, for education programs and caring for them.</p> <p>The Coordinator will liaise and develop meaningful relationships with College staff, community groups, non-government and government agencies.
