<p><strong>What is the role?</strong></p>
<p>St Andrew’s Cathedral School is seeking a forward-thinking <strong>ICT Manager</strong> to lead our dynamic technology team and drive innovation across our learning and operational environments. Located in the heart of Sydney, our School blends tradition with cutting-edge educational practice, and we’re looking for someone who shares our commitment to excellence, service, and Christian values.</p>
<p>This is an <strong>on-site role only</strong>.</p>
<p><strong>Role Responsibilities</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Lead and inspire a skilled ICT team across infrastructure, AV, helpdesk, and systems support.</li>
<li>Develop and implement a future-focused ICT strategy aligned with our educational and operational goals.</li>
<li>Ensure robust cybersecurity, data protection, and compliance with Australian legislation.</li>
<li>Partner with educators to integrate technology into teaching and learning from K–12.</li>
<li>Oversee ICT service delivery and major technology projects.</li>
<li>Manage budgets, procurement, and vendor relationships with efficiency and foresight.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>What you will bring?</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Proven leadership in ICT within a school or similar environment.</li>
<li>Demonstrated leadership in ICT strategy development and implementation, including digital transformation and AI initiatives </li>
<li>Strong knowledge of ICT infrastructure, cybersecurity, cloud platforms, and emerging AI technologies.</li>
<li>Deep technical expertise across networks, cloud platforms, cybersecurity, and AV systems.</li>
<li>Experience developing and executing a Digital Roadmap aligned to organisational objectives.</li>
<li>Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills.</li>
<li>A commitment to child safety, Christian values, and the ethos of Anglican education.</li>
<li>Experience with School Management platforms, ideally Edumate, Learning Management Systems, Microsoft 365 Education, and more.</li>
<li>Commitment to ethical technology use and continuous innovation.</li>
