This role focuses on creating engaging and challenging learning experiences, strengthening literacy and numeracy outcomes, and ensuring every student is supported to grow as a confident and capable learner.</p> <p>Working in partnership with Learning Leaders, teachers, and families, the Director drives evidence-based teaching, effective use of data, and innovative curriculum approaches that reflect the Victorian Curriculum. The position builds staff capacity through collaboration and mentoring, while fostering a safe, inclusive, and high-expectations culture where students are known, valued, and able to thrive.</p> <p>The successful applicant will be a registered teacher with the Victorian Institute of Teaching. A full-time ongoing teacher contract is offered with this appointment.
