<p><strong>About the Role</strong></p> <p>The Soft Craft Instructor plays a vital role in supporting the school's educational philosophy and creative vision, contributing to the development of students' artistic, practical, and imaginative skills. While the Class Teacher is present throughout the lesson, the Soft Craft Instructor facilitates developmentally appropriate craft projects relevant to the Steiner curriculum.</p> <p><strong>About You</strong></p> <p>The successful applicant will be an experienced crafter (proficiency in knitting and crocheting is a must) with a genuine interest in and a warm approach to assisting children in a Waldorf classroom setting. You will be a committed, imaginative, and patient co-educator who possesses excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work in close collaboration with classroom teachers.
