<p>Damascus College is seeking a dynamic and motivated Sports Coordinator to lead and manage the College’s sporting programs. This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and organised professional who is passionate about student engagement, teamwork, and wellbeing through sport.</p> <p>As the Sports Coordinator, you will be responsible for developing, managing and promoting an inclusive sports program that provides opportunities for all students to participate. You will play a key role in fostering a sense of pride and connection through sport, encouraging students to represent Damascus College with integrity and enthusiasm.</p> <p>In this role, you will coordinate and manage interschool and whole-school sporting events, including major carnivals and out-of-hours competitions, while overseeing the administrative and compliance aspects of the College’s sporting program, including Child Safety requirements.
