<p><i>St Edward’s College is an all-boys Catholic School in the Edmund Rice Tradition on the Central Coast of NSW with an enrolment of 1,000 students in Years 7 to 12. Teachers are creative, innovative and motivated to establish a learning environment that challenges, nurtures and inspires students to achieve their personal best.</i></p> <p>We are looking to recruit an experienced and highly professional leader who will be responsible for working with a dynamic leadership team in the promotion of teaching excellence in alignment with the St Edward’s College Aspiration Statement. &nbsp;The Director of Professional Learning is a member of the College Executive and is directly responsible to the Principal for leading and managing the professional learning of staff of the College in accordance with NESA accreditation requirements. The Director of Professional Learning is an outstanding educator who can guide and advise teaching staff on professional learning in relation to their practice, especially in the area of boys’ education, and thus enhance the quality of teaching and learning. They possess professional and personal attributes that enable them to influence others to improve their practice. They successfully lead initiatives that make a positive contribution to the quality of the school and professional community.
