Catholic Education Diocese of Wollongong (CEDoW) comprises 38 Catholic schools with more then 20,000 students enrolled across the Illawarra, Macarthur, Shoalhaven and Southern Highlands regions.

The role holds day-to-day ownership and management of the online enrolment platform, Funnel and ensures our organisational mission is delivered throughout the enrolment process. Your duties may include the following:&nbsp;</p> <ul> <li>Model the Catholic values of hope, integrity, justice and compassion.</li> <li>Independently manage the Funnel online enrolment platform while acting as the primary liaison with the developer.&nbsp;</li> <li>Manage all user permissions and access and maintain appropriate security and confidentiality for the platform's data.</li> <li>Provide expert training and ongoing support to school staff on Funnel usage, and efficiently respond to and troubleshoot all platform-related help requests.</li> <li>Provide expert advice and direction to schools and parents on the application of CEDoW’s enrolment policy.</li> <li>Implement and manage system automations for consistent, timely processes, and advise schools on best-practice Funnel setup.</li> <li>Collect, analyse, and interpret enrolment data and prepare enrolment trend reports for key stakeholders, including leadership and the Diocesan auditor.</li> <li>Coordinate the CEDoW Enrolment Advisory Committee, including administrative oversight, and develop and maintain essential resources and training materials for schools on enrolment policies.</li> <li>Contribute enrolment data and analysis for staffing and budget forecasting for various teams, including ongoing technology costs for the enrolment function.</li> <li>Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders proactively communicating and coordinating the annual school enrolment cycle.</li> <li>Stay informed of industry developments and execute annual risk mitigation strategies for the enrolment function.</li> </ul> <p><strong>ABOUT YOU</strong></p> <ul> <li>A thorough understanding of enrolment processes and best practices in Catholic schools, with the capacity to lead and implement these practices.</li> <li>Proficiency in using the Funnel online enrolment platform, with demonstrated ability to lead training and support initiatives for others.</li> <li>Advanced analytical skills with the capacity to collect, analyse, and interpret complex enrolment data, and prepare strategic reports for senior leadership.</li> <li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective strategic relationships with diverse stakeholders.</li> <li>Proven ability to identify and analyse complex problems, develop innovative solutions, and make sound decisions in a timely manner.</li> <li>In-depth knowledge of CEDoW's enrolment policy and related procedures, with the ability to interpret, apply, and influence their development.</li> <li>High level of computer literacy.</li> <li>A demonstrated commitment to providing high-quality, professional, and timely service with the ability to resolve complex issues efficiently.</li> </ul> <p><strong>QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE&nbsp;</strong></p> <ul> <li>Experience working in a school or educational setting, preferably in a senior enrolment or admissions role.</li> <li>Degree qualifications in Education, Business, Project Management or a related field.</li> <li>Extensive experience with online enrolment and/or student information systems.</li> <li>Demonstrated understanding of the mission and values of Catholic education.</li> </ul> <p>DESIRABLE&nbsp;</p> <ul> <li>Demonstrated experience in a leadership role or managing multiple priorities.</li> <li>Understanding of relevant legislation regarding diversity and inclusion, including the Disability Discrimination Act.</li> <li>Demonstrated understanding of the role of the Bishop of Wollongong’s decree, Bearers of Christ's Love: Catholic Schools in the Diocese of Wollongong, in informing the CEDoW Enrolment Policy.</li> </ul> <p><strong>WORKING WITH CHILDREN CLEARANCE</strong></p> <p>This role is classified as child-related work and therefore we require a working with children clearance to be completed prior to your commencement with us.</p> <p><strong>POSITION APPLICATION</strong></p> <p>Applicants are to complete an online application which asks you to briefly address the ‘About You’ section.
