Teachers are encouraged to connect with school leadership to explore how our community can support their professional journey and contribute to a shared vision for student success and holistic development.&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>About the Role</strong>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</p> <p>The Student Welfare Officer supports the wellbeing of students by providing pastoral care and implementing strategies that promote a safe, inclusive and supportive school environment. Working closely with students, staff and families, the role focuses on fostering positive relationships, addressing individual student needs and supporting the wellbeing of the broader school community.
