This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic professional to guide and inspire excellence in Mathematics teaching and learning across the school.

<p><strong>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;As the Numeracy Leader, you will:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Lead the development and implementation of high-quality Mathematics programs across the school.</li> <li>Work collaboratively with staff to improve student outcomes in Numeracy through effective data analysis and evidence-based strategies.</li> <li>Support and coach teachers in the use of best-practice pedagogies in Mathematics.</li> <li>Promote a culture of high expectations and continuous improvement in Numeracy.</li> <li> <p>Foster a learning environment that reflects the Catholic ethos and supports the vision of St Dominic’s.</p> <p><strong>The Successful Applicant Will Have:</strong></p></li> <li>Current registration with the relevant teaching authority VIT.</li> <li>Accreditation to teach in a Catholic school (or willingness to obtain).</li> <li>Proven experience in leading or significantly contributing to numeracy improvement initiatives.</li> <li>Strong understanding of the Mathematics curriculum and contemporary educational research.</li> <li>Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.</li> <li>A commitment to working in partnership with staff, students, and families in a faith-filled learning environment.</li> <li> <p>Demonstrate a commitment to our Child Safe policies and procedures.</p> <p>This community is committed to the safety, wellbeing and protection of all children in our care.
