As we continue to experience growth across our Schools, the Enrolment Officer will be responsible for administering enquiry and enrolment information and ensuring effective, accurate, and professional service. The successful applicant will have advanced administrative skills supporting process development and exceptional interpersonal and communication capabilities to integrate with our team and school community.</p> <p><strong>Key accountabilities</strong> include:</p> <ul> <li>Establishing positive, supportive and welcoming relationships with prospective parents and students</li> <li>Providing professional and timely communication to all stakeholders including parents or guardians and internal Trinity College stakeholders</li> <li>Managing large volumes of sensitive information where maintaining confidentiality is critical</li> <li>Organising and maintaining an accurate admission process, including data entry, collation of information and ongoing data management</li> <li>Organising activities from the initial enquiry to the new student transition process – supporting school tours, open days, information meetings and Parent/Principal interviews</li> <li>Maintaining statistical data</li> </ul> <p><strong>What you will need to succeed:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Previous experience in a school administration environment, ideally within the independent education sector.&nbsp;</li> <li>Excellent customer focus with an understanding of an enrolment framework and the associated statutory requirements</li> <li>Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage professionally and by Trinity College Values</li> <li>A working knowledge and understanding of a database management program, preferably Synergetic</li> <li>Demonstrated experience working collaboratively with a diverse range of stakeholders</li> <li>Exceptional attention to detail with a conscientious approach to managing multiple and complex tasks</li> <li>Advanced systems thinking for process development and implementation, with strong Microsoft Office skills and the ability to engage positively with new systems</li> <li>A strong sense of judgement and discretion with a commitment to confidentiality and integrity principles at all times</li> <li>Flexible approach to working out of hours to accommodate tours and information events, able to work during school holidays.</li> <li>All Trinity College Staff must comply with the College’s Child Safe Policy and adhere to the Child Safety Code of Conduct.</li> </ul> <p><strong>How to apply:</strong></p> <p>Please supply a resume and cover letter outlining how you meet the above criteria and apply online.
