<p>Catherine McAuley College invites applications from experienced and motivated educators for a key leadership role as Religious Education (RE) Learning Leader commencing in 2026.</p> <p><strong>About the role</strong></p> <p>As part of the Learning &amp; Teaching Team, each Learning Leader will:</p> <ul> <li>Lead curriculum development and implementation in their learning area</li> <li>Support and mentor teachers to improve instructional practice</li> <li>Use data to inform teaching strategies and enhance student outcomes</li> <li>Collaborate with colleagues to foster a culture of professional growth</li> </ul> <p>This role attract a Position of Leadership (POL) allowance and is integral to the College’s commitment to high-quality, inclusive education.</p> <p><strong>What We’re Looking For</strong></p> <p>Applicants must:</p> <ul> <li>Hold current VIT registration and teaching qualifications</li> <li>Be accredited (or working towards accreditation) to teach in a Catholic school</li> <li>Demonstrate strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills</li> <li>Have a sound understanding of contemporary educational practices</li> <li>Be committed to collaborative, evidence-informed teaching and learning</li> </ul> <p><strong>What We Offer</strong></p> <p>At Catherine McAuley College Bendigo, we are committed to supporting our leaders with the resources, environment, and professional culture they need to thrive.
