<p>We are seeking a teacher who:</p> <ul> <li>demonstrates a commitment to the ethos of Catholic Education and to the safety and wellbeing of all students</li> <li>is able to build positive relationships with students and families, following Positive Behaviours for Learning (PBL) to create predictable, calm and engaging learning environments</li> <li>has a passion for teaching and an understanding of learning in a contemporary environment is essential - Science of Learning&nbsp;</li> <li>has knowledge of the Victorian Curriculum</li> <li>is able to plan and deliver learning experiences that are differentiated to accommodate a range of abilities&nbsp;</li> <li>effectively uses data to inform the teaching and learning of students</li> <li>is innovative and highly motivated.&nbsp;</li> </ul> <p>St Monica's is committed to the safety, wellbeing and protection of all children in our care.</p> <p><strong>Special Requirements</strong></p> <p>The successful applicants must be registered with the Victorian Institute of Teaching. Accreditation to teach Religious Education in a Catholic Primary School, or willing to undertake accreditation, is preferred.</p> <p>Applications close at 4:00pm on Friday 24th October.
