The Head of Junior School Curriculum will assist the Head of Junior School (Endeavour Hills) in the daily operations and administration of the Junior School.</p> <p>Responsibilities will include the development and oversight of the Junior School Curriculum to ensure the effective implementation of the Victorian Curriculum 2.0. They will ensure quality and alignment in teaching pedagogy across classes and campuses. The Head of Junior School Curriculum will be responsible for establishing and maintaining positive engagement standards and designing effective systems to track student academic progress within the Junior School.</p> <p>The ideal candidate will also make a significant contribution to the senior leadership team and provide guidance and support for staff.</p> <p>This is a full-time role available from the start of 2026.&nbsp; It is an opportunity for an outstanding, experienced and passionate teacher with principal class aspirations, to further their career within a key area of the school and become an important part of the future of the school.</p> <p><strong>COMMENCING</strong></p> <p>Start of the Year, Term 1, 2026.&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>TIME FRACTION</strong></p> <p>Ongoing, Full-Time Positions Available.</p> <p><strong>ABOUT THE PERSON</strong></p> <p>The successful candidate will have demonstrated a high level of competency in the classroom and experience in educational leadership.</p> <p>The School is enthusiastically faithful to its charter of personally owned Christian faith and values.
