It is a senior leadership position.&nbsp;</p> <p>The Curriculum Leader is a key leadership position at Xavier Catholic College, defined by a deep commitment to Catholic values and the evangelising mission of the Church. The Curriculum Leader works collaboratively with the Principal and the broader leadership team to drive whole-school improvement through a relentless, evidence-based focus on learning and curriculum design.&nbsp;</p> <p>This position is responsible for driving curriculum initiatives and expectations throughout the school. The Curriculum Leader works collaboratively and in concert with the Leader of Pedagogy (Learning and Teaching) in our school community- ensuring a close and visible alignment between curriculum and pedagogy in our community.
