In this role, you will:</p> <ul> <li>Lead a Pastoral Care group and build strong, respectful relationships</li> <li>Monitor student uniform, conduct and general wellbeing</li> <li>Deliver the school’s Pastoral Care curriculum</li> <li>Communicate with families regarding academic and pastoral matters</li> <li>Undertake relevant administration and reporting tasks</li> </ul> <p><strong>Selection Criteria</strong></p> <ul> <li>A relevant teaching qualification and experience teaching Design Technology to Senior School students</li> <li>A passion for effective teaching, learning and an innovative mind set</li> <li>Familiarisation with a variety of workshop machinery and technology (eg. CNC router, 3D printers, lathes, etc)</li> <li>The ability to teach another subject is advantageous (eg.
