<p>Kolbe Catholic College is a vibrant and growing community guided by our vision, <i>"Everyone Grows."</i> We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Administrative Support Assistants to join our St Catherine Campus.</p>
<p>These roles are key to ensuring the smooth operation of the College, supporting students and staff, and delivering efficient daily administration.</p>
<p><strong>About the role</strong></p>
<p>The Administrative Support Assistant will:</p>
<ul>
<li>Provide administrative assistance to the Deputy Principal Campus Director, Director(s) of Students, and Year Level Leaders.</li>
<li>Manage diaries, correspondence, reports, and meeting documentation.</li>
<li>Coordinate college events, excursions, and transport logistics, including bus bookings.</li>
<li>Administer Synergetic and excursion permission systems, ensuring data accuracy and effective communication.</li>
<li>Support the front office with reception duties, enquiries, and general administration.</li>
<li>Deliver first aid and and maintain medical records and emergency plans.</li>
<li>Undertake other duties aligned with operational needs of the College.</li>
</ul>
<p>These are two full-time, ongoing positions commencing on<strong> </strong>19 January 2026, based primarily at St Catherine Campus, with potential duties at other campuses as required.</p>
<p><strong>Skills and experience</strong></p>
<p>To be successful candidate will demonstrate:</p>
<ul>
<li>A current National Criminal Records Check and Working with Children Check.</li>
<li>Level 2 First Aid Certificate (desirable).</li>
<li>Strong planning and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and competing priorities.</li>
<li>Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with students, parents, and staff.</li>
<li>Professional telephone and customer service etiquette.</li>
<li>High-level literacy, numeracy, and ICT proficiency.</li>
<li>Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.</li>
<li>Commitment to confidentiality and the ethos and values of Catholic education.<br><br>
