This role is central to creating the best parent experience, guiding families through the enrolment journey, and ensuring every interaction is positive and personalised.<br><br><strong>About the Role</strong><br><br> This role oversees the entire enrolment journey, ensuring a smooth and supportive experience for applicants while fostering strong and genuine connections with families, agents, and education partners.<br><br> This is a <strong>permanent, part-time</strong> position commencing Term 4, 2025, working three days per week, with opportunities for additional ad-hoc days. It plays a vital role in creating a welcoming and supportive environment for all prospective families, while contributing to the effective administration of our school and upholding our values and mission.<br><br><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li>serve as the first point of contact for prospective families, providing a warm and welcoming introduction to the College and guiding them through their initial enquiries</li> <li>oversee the entire enrolment process, including responding to enrolment enquiries, managing applications and documentation</li> <li>coordinating interviews with prospective families</li> <li>planning and coordinating key enrolment events such as Open Days, Orientation Days, and Transition Days</li> <li>ensuring every family feels supported and valued throughout their enrolment journey</li> <li>offering empathetic and confidential support to students, referring complex issues to appropriate pastoral care staff e.g., Leader of Wellbeing, Leader of Diverse Learning, Instruction Leader of Wellbeing (Year Level Coordinator) and School Counsellor</li> <li>assisting with enrolment-related marketing and advertising</li> <li>working collaboratively with uniform supplier</li> <li>promoting the College as a professional, caring, and future-focused learning community through strong communication and organisational skills</li> <li>assisting the Principal, College Leadership Team &amp; staff as required.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Essential Criteria&nbsp;</strong><br><br> We are looking for a highly organised individual with exceptional communication skills and a commitment to Catholic Education.</p> <ul> <li>proven experience in administration or professional support, ideally in a fast-paced setting</li> <li>exceptional interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills</li> <li>empathetic, patient, and able to maintain strict confidentiality when dealing with prospective families, students and sensitive information</li> <li>driven to grow and sustain enrolments by building connections through engaging communication and outreach</li> <li>proactive, problem-solver, and a collaborative team player aligned with school values</li> <li>highly organised with strong attention to detail, the ability to multitask, and work to deadlines</li> <li>ability to work autonomously with minimal direction</li> <li>competent and confident in using a variety of software programs including Google platform, microsoft excel, and MS Office.
