The successful applicant will be a member of the school leadership team who support the Principal in their quest to provide a progressive, innovative, and future-focused education.

<p><strong>About us</strong></p> <p>Good Shepherd Lutheran School is an Early Learning – Year 6 school situated in the north-eastern suburbs of Adelaide, with an enrolment of 450+ students. Our ELC and Primary years are organised into 5 distinct stages of learning. Pedagogically, we embrace an inquiry approach to learning and strive to equip students with future-focused skills and capabilities.</p> <p>Demand for places at Good Shepherd is high and the school has responded with measured growth, whilst striving to ensure culture and community are not simply maintained but strengthened.</p> <p><strong>About the opportunity</strong></p> <p>The Teaching and Learning Leader will fully embrace the School’s Vision, Values and School Strategic Plan. They will ‘bring to life’ those aspects of these core documents that relate specifically to student and teacher learning and the articulation of the school’s future-focussed pedagogy, both within the school and beyond.</p> <p>This position is one of leadership, involving cooperation with the broader school leadership team towards school improvement across five broad focus areas as described in Lutheran Education Australia’s ‘Growing Deep’ leadership and development framework.</p> <p><strong>About you</strong><br> To be successful as the Teaching and Learning Leader at Good Shepherd, you will be a passionate and enthusiastic individual, ready to collaborate with a team. You will be willing to take on responsibility for the oversight of the learning program, along with support of teachers and other staff.
