Reporting directly to the Head of Junior School, this pivotal role supports the effective daily running of the campus while leading student wellbeing, pastoral care, parent engagement, and operational coordination.</p> <p>The Campus Coordinator acts as a visible and approachable presence for students, families, and staff, ensuring a safe, positive, and vibrant school culture. This role also includes a classroom teaching load and requires strong time management and leadership skills.</p> <p>This is a full-time permanent position commencing in term 1, 2026. (Monday, 19 January) Generous remuneration will be offered above the published 2025/2026 CMEA rates.</p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities&nbsp;</strong></p> <ul> <li>Support the Head of Junior School in the daily operations of the Rooty Hill campus, ensuring smooth, safe, and efficient functioning.</li> <li>Lead and oversee student wellbeing, pastoral care, behaviour support, and positive education initiatives aligned with Islamic values.</li> <li>Build strong partnerships with parents and the community, promoting the tri-partnership of student, school, and family.</li> <li>Provide leadership in teaching and learning, supporting colleagues with strategies to improve student outcomes and creating positive, inclusive classroom environments.</li> <li>Analyse student data to inform practice and ensure the effective delivery of curriculum and support programs.</li> <li>Coordinate student support services, individual learning plans, wellbeing interventions, and referral processes.</li> <li>Plan and oversee school events, assemblies, co-curricular programs, Islamic celebrations, camps, and community activities.</li> <li>Manage operational tasks including communication platforms, compliance processes, and WHS requirements.</li> <li>Represent the College in the community and act as a key point of contact for families and visitors.</li> </ul> <p><strong>About you</strong></p> <p>We are looking for a dynamic and compassionate educator with proven leadership capability and a strong commitment to student wellbeing and Islamic values.
