<p><strong>About the role</strong></p>
<p>We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Campus Coordinator to join our Junior School team at our Rooty Hill campus. Reporting directly to the Head of Junior School, this pivotal role supports the effective daily running of the campus while leading student wellbeing, pastoral care, parent engagement, and operational coordination.</p>
<p>The Campus Coordinator acts as a visible and approachable presence for students, families, and staff, ensuring a safe, positive, and vibrant school culture. This role also includes a classroom teaching load and requires strong time management and leadership skills.</p>
<p>This is a full-time permanent position commencing in term 1, 2026. (Monday, 19 January) Generous remuneration will be offered above the published 2025/2026 CMEA rates.</p>
<p><strong>Key Responsibilities </strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Support the Head of Junior School in the daily operations of the Rooty Hill campus, ensuring smooth, safe, and efficient functioning.</li>
<li>Lead and oversee student wellbeing, pastoral care, behaviour support, and positive education initiatives aligned with Islamic values.</li>
<li>Build strong partnerships with parents and the community, promoting the tri-partnership of student, school, and family.</li>
<li>Provide leadership in teaching and learning, supporting colleagues with strategies to improve student outcomes and creating positive, inclusive classroom environments.</li>
<li>Analyse student data to inform practice and ensure the effective delivery of curriculum and support programs.</li>
<li>Coordinate student support services, individual learning plans, wellbeing interventions, and referral processes.</li>
<li>Plan and oversee school events, assemblies, co-curricular programs, Islamic celebrations, camps, and community activities.</li>
<li>Manage operational tasks including communication platforms, compliance processes, and WHS requirements.</li>
<li>Represent the College in the community and act as a key point of contact for families and visitors.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>About you</strong></p>
<p>We are looking for a dynamic and compassionate educator with proven leadership capability and a strong commitment to student wellbeing and Islamic values. You will have:</p>
<ul>
<li>Current NESA accreditation and relevant teaching qualifications.</li>
<li>Demonstrated experience in a leadership, coordination, or wellbeing-focused role</li>
<li>Deep understanding of contemporary wellbeing research and positive education practices</li>
<li>Strong communication and relationship-building skills with students, staff, and parents</li>
<li>Capacity to lead and inspire teams and foster a safe, inclusive, and engaging school culture</li>
<li>Ability to work flexibly, including outside regular school hours for events, programs, and community activities.</li>

<li>A Working with Children and NESA accreditation Number</li>

<ul>
<li>Qualification(s) and Employment history (From current to previous)</li>
<li>Key Achievements AND how they have led to positive student outcomes (Projects and/or initiatives which you have led and/or managed)</li>
<li>Three Professional Referees (one of whom must be a current employer)</li>
</ul>
