We are looking for a full-time Early Childhood Educator (Teacher) to join our warm and welcoming team at Kornmehl Pre-school.

<p>We are looking for a passionate Early Childhood Educator (Teacher) to join our team at Kornmehl Pre-school from the start of the 2026 school year (Friday 23 January 2026). This is a full-time, permanent role working from 8:00am to 4:00pm daily, Monday to Friday. Kornmehl operates as a Pre-school and follows the school term dates. &nbsp;</p> <p>The successful candidate will hold a degree in Early Childhood Teaching, and a valid WWCC. Ideally, they will have a minimum of 5 years' experience working in a similar role and have experience working within the Reggio Emilia Approach.</p> <p>The key responsibilities of this role include:</p> <ul> <li>To work as a member of a co-operative team in order to provide an appropriate high quality, educational program for the children within the Pre-school.</li> <li>Be responsible for the planning, implementation and evaluation of a comprehensive educational program suitable to the needs and interests of the children in each age group at the Pre-school in collaboration with your team members.</li> <li>Be familiar with and understand the Pre-school’s philosophy, ethos and values.</li> <li>Be responsible for integrating Jewish Studies into the program and fostering a love of learning, a strong sense of community and a pride in their Jewish heritage.</li> <li>Complete educational observations and evaluations for your focus children as guided by the Early Years Learning Framework.
