We are currently inviting applications for the following position to work within our Marketing department to commence as soon as possible.

<p>A permanent part-time (0.8 FTE, Term Time Only) position exists for Marketing and Events Assistant to commence as soon as possible.&nbsp;&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong>&nbsp;</p> <ul> <li>Assist with the implementation of the College’s Marketing &amp; Communications Strategy.&nbsp;</li> <li>Support the development of advertising campaigns, publications, and website content.&nbsp;</li> <li>Ensure a consistent flow of engaging content across social media platforms.&nbsp;</li> <li>Capture and edit photography and videography at school events.&nbsp;</li> <li>Contribute to the preparation of newsletters, flyers, and digital graphics.&nbsp;</li> <li>Provide logistical support for College events, including signage and displays.&nbsp;</li> <li>Maintain accurate records of marketing materials, images, and resources.&nbsp;</li> <li>Liaise with staff to gather stories, achievements, and information for communications.&nbsp;</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>About You:</strong>&nbsp;</p> <p>We are looking for someone who is:&nbsp;</p> <ul> <li>Creative, with skills in digital content creation and photography/videography.&nbsp;</li> <li>Organised, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks.&nbsp;</li> <li>A strong communicator, confident in working collaboratively with staff and engaging positively with parents and students.&nbsp;</li> <li>Proficient in social media, with a good eye for engaging and brand-aligned content.&nbsp;</li> <li>Familiar with design and editing tools (e.g. Canva, Adobe Suite) – desirable but not essential.&nbsp;</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>The Marketing &amp; Events Assistant supports the delivery of the College’s marketing, communications, and events functions. This role focuses on implementing day-to-day marketing activities, assisting with events, and managing routine communications to ensure consistency with the College’s brand and values.&nbsp;</p> <p>The position works under the guidance of the Marketing Manager and reports directly to the Director of Administrative Operations.&nbsp;</p> <p>At times, this role requires attendance at school functions outside normal hours, including meetings, activities, and events. Time-in-lieu arrangements must be made with the Director of Administrative Operations.&nbsp;</p>
