<li>Strong commitment to the Catholic ethos and our Vision of <i>Authentic professional Catholic education delivered with care and compassion</i></li>
<li>Be a highly effective, skilled classroom practitioner with experience teaching Drama to Stage 6 and Junior Religious Education</li>
<li>Embed innovative pedagogical practices including digital technology</li>
<li>Ability to differentiate the curriculum to meet diverse student learning</li>
<li>Align professional learning to the needs of students</li>
<li>Effectively manage and facilitate safe and supportive learning environments with an understanding of positive student welfare practices</li>
<li>Have highly developed interpersonal, presentation and communication skills and the ability to develop positive relationships with staff, students, parents/carers and community members</li>
<li>Ability to work collaboratively as part of a dynamic professional learning community</li>
<li>Possess a genuine passion for teaching and a willingness to contribute to the College's Creative Arts programmes</li>
<li>Willingness to contribute to the broader extracurricular aspects of school life as an active member of the school community</li>
<li>Applicants who are not currently working in a Broken Bay systemic school must have a 4 year training qualification or be enrolled to undertake further study that will provide them with a four year trained qualification to be eligible to apply for any teaching position in the Diocese.</li>
