<p>We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Careers &amp; Pathways Advisor to join the Concordia Campus in 2026.</p> <p>The Careers &amp; Pathways Advisor is responsible for providing careers and future pathways counselling to students. Collaboration with parents, business and industry, post-secondary institutions and community organisations to support students’ transition to post-secondary education and employment is important.</p> <p>The Careers &amp; Pathways Advisor works collaboratively with the Faculty Leader – Identities and Futures to ensure the delivery of career development services, including Careers Expos and work experience programs.</p> <p>This is an exciting opportunity to join an exceptional team that is dedicated to connecting, challenging, and empowering every learner in its community.&nbsp;</p> <p>Registered teachers and experienced non-teaching practitioners are encouraged to apply.&nbsp;</p> <p>Appropriate qualifications and experience for this role will be required.</p>
