This is a permanent full time position role working 37. 5 hours per week, Monday to Friday 7am to 3pm.&nbsp;</p> <p>The Maintenance and Grounds Supervisor will play an integral part in our school community&nbsp;maintaining the College to a high standard of presentation and safety. Working closely with the Business Manager, this role will work collaboratively with the broader grounds and maintenance team on a diverse range of areas including property, building, equipment, grounds and garden, and associated Sports Fields. This role will also have WHS responsibilities to ensure compliance with all relevant administrative, compliance and training requirements.&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>About You&nbsp;</strong></p> <ul> <li>Accredited trade qualification e.g. electrical, plumbing, horticulture, carpentry etc.</li> <li>Manual Handling, White Card and Working at Heights&nbsp;</li> <li>WHS including Hazard Management &amp; Job Safety Analysis - Hazard Awareness</li> <li>Experience working in a maintenance and grounds environment, preferably in a school setting&nbsp;</li> <li>Demonstrated knowledge in managing resources, machinery and equipment needed to maintain grounds, buildings, equipment, gardens and recreation areas&nbsp;</li> <li>Demonstrated knowledge of all aspects of grounds and lawn maintenance</li> <li>WHS compliance knowledge&nbsp;</li> </ul>
