ICT Help Desk Support Officer

The ICT Help Desk Support Officer will provide first level technical support to staff and the student's BYOD program.

<p><strong>The Opportunity</strong></p>
<p>We are seeking a permanent ICT Helpdesk Support Officer to work with the ICT team, delivering professional and high-quality helpdesk support. This is a first level position which will build on current technical skill capacity while applying trouble shooting curiosity.</p>
<p>This is full time position which will commence as soon as possible or by negotiation.</p>
<p><strong>About You</strong><br>
You are a keen worker with keen problem-solving skills, able to think outside the box. You enjoy working with systems, including troubleshooting, diagnosing problems and working with a team. Above all, you value the impact of making platforms work for the benefit of staff leading learning and ultimately, the benefit of students and their learning achievement overall. </p>

<li>Demonstrated diagnostic skills</li>
<li>Excellent organisational and time management skills </li>
<li>Be an energetic, positive, dynamic employee who is part of the ICT Team with minimal supervision, has a can-do attitude, and is willing to support the team where needed.</li>
<li>Demonstrated ability to perform a wide variety of administrative tasks which includes meeting the current needs while having flexibility to create new information pathways</li>
<li>Actively support and contribute to the Catholic Identity and Edmund Rice Tradition</li>
